I am a Certified Christian Leadership Coach (CCLC) dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers and discover their own path to growth and success. With 40 years of experience in finance and 50 years in ministry, I bring wisdom, compassion, encouragement, and practical insight to every coaching relationship. My focus is on working with teachable, coachable individuals who desire to grow as leaders—spiritually, personally, and professionally.
Coaching is a collaborative process where together we identify challenges, uncover possibilities, and work toward meaningful breakthroughs in the areas that matter most. My husband and I have served as pastors in Morgantown, WV, and have been married for 48 years. Our years of ministry and life experience have deepened my understanding of the challenges people face and strengthened my passion for helping others thrive.
